Re: Handling squeeze out on inner corners

Use a chisel before it fully sets, but not too soon or it will smear.

Re: OTop8 dispersion angle and Bi-amping

The limiter is set for the maximum voltage of the weakest link in the chain. When all of the cabs/drivers are parallel wired impedance doesn't enter the equation. Xmax does.

Re: What delay to aim for with THTLP

There's no such thing as stereo subs. Bass content is always summed to mono. If your receiver says its an x.2 that means there are dual sub outs, but they carry the same information.

Re: Speaker repair

Without factory equipment it's impossible to fix as you won't be able to center the pole piece while new adhesive sets.

Re: T18 in a truck cab

You can try it, but the TruckTuba was designed to fit behind seats.

No problem, since it's not structural.

Re: THTLP bracing problem

Add a second driver mounting panel, with the hole large enough for the frame, just like the baffle.

Does this help? It works with any number of cabinets.

Re: Bass Bin Coupling

It's 1.56 feet from the next adjacent cab, not from end to end of the array.

Re: Three way system?

Either the OTop 12 or 15 will take on everything, all that differs is where they cross to the subs. I've yet to see a review that says the 12s don't go low enough. As for crossing at 60Hz that's much lower than necessary even for home theater, let alone pro-sound.

Re: Three way system?

The OTop 12 and 15 are both 2 way mains. The 15 goes a bit lower. Have you looked at their SPL charts?
