Handling squeeze out on inner corners

#1 Post by shane2943 »

How are y'all handling glue removal on inner corners without it looking like a hacked mess? I use a sharp chisel to remove the PL, but it leaves the corners looking like this:

I know if the corner is inside the cab it doesn't matter (I wouldn't even try to remove the PL) but if it's visible, like this corner of the Jacks I'm building or inside a horn mouth on a T39 or something, what techniques can y'all recommend to remove the squeeze out cleanly?

Thanks in advance!

Use a chisel before it fully sets, but not too soon or it will smear.
