Just got my Dell 860 back from the shop and they could only install windows 7 because windows xp was not able to be installed they didn't have the drivers avail to make it happen :evil: now I have the choice to upgrade my PCI-324 to PCI-424 because I just found out that the 324's has no interface so...

Got an idea what was the problem and it has to do with AC power. I verified if it was the ribbon and it seems ok but it has to do with electrical power. At the church where I do the sound for I have the XTI hooked up to the wall AC like the other amps. which I checked with my volt meter @110v and it...

The 2 amps that I own and had to repair the ribbon cables were not in the problem range of serial #. I doubt the problem you are having is related to ribbon cables, the power switch is mounted directly to the main board IIRC. No, it just turns it's self off all alone like if the power switch is pushed off. If there's a link to that serial # I'll check and see if anyone knows one shoot it out.

XTI 1000 problem!!!!

I have a xti1000 and it keeps shutting down. I have to disconnect the power cord from the back and connect it back again so it would be able turn back on again. :evil: :evil: Would a Louisville Slugger fix the problem????
