DCX2496 remote??
Hey guys has anyone used the remote software for DCX and what kind of connection did you use?

It requires a serial connection. You'll need a USB to serial adapter. Is not the best piece of software, but it works.
99% of the time, things that aren't already being done aren't being done because they don't work. The other 1% is split evenly between fools and geniuses.

That looks right. Make sure it has drivers to support your operating system, and check what serial port it takes over. Most of the time com1 works best. You can change the port in the hardware config.
