I hear you on practicing before using the expensive wood. But don't expect this box to last long. OSB will delaminate quickly with the pressure the box will be under. PL probably filled all the gaps in the OSB, but the box won't last long if you move it much.

Hopefully you're building the real thing out of 1/2" Baltic Birch.

Not sure if it is my eyes, but I can't see much evidence of PL squeeze out... or any glue for that matter. Is this a dry fit / practice build?

The forst section in the horn also does not look quit right to me. Notice how as it goes around the bend the horn gets smaller. Id double check the measurments
Built:
2x Tuba 30s delta12lf loaded (gone)
4x Otop12 d2512 loaded
8x t48s (18, 18, 24, 24, 30, 30) 3015lf loaded
2x AT (1 mcm, 1 gto 804)
2x SLA Pro (dayton pa6, 6 goldwood piezo loaded)
1x bastard XF208

2x OT212 (delta pro 450a loaded, eminence psd)

I think that is correct... as far as I know the T30 is the only one like this. Not sure why, or what you would call the restriction in speaker building parlance?

I remember it being a different flare, but not that drastic reduction in size. You guys are making me take the way back machine to my first build lol

He built it correctly. The first part is supposed to be wider before the fold than after..

This is from the sketchup:

If he hadn't said it was a test build I'd almost say this was the perfect troll build. Differing widths of cheap asian ply, OSB, WOOD GLUE...
4xOT12s, 2xT39s@22", TTLS@18", 2xT60@18"

YES! Kitchen-builds, FTW!! Done about a hundred of those myself...don't miss those days one bit. Ever try to get black paint overspray off a white stove? Not fun.
