Grandpas ratcheting hand brace fitted with a screws bit. Its takes a while to get used to the added torque it gives you so but extra long screws for when you strip the wood.

This is one of the quickest T60 builds I've ever seen, nice work. :clap: Can't wait to see a video when it's done.... :fingers:

I like the 3/4 tube of PL comment. The more the merrier.
2x T39, 1x T60, 1x THTLP, 1x AT(not built by me) 6x DR250
I need more bass

:fruit: No work, We felt like we just went through a graveyard to morning shift change and i never made it out the house. Tomorrow (Sunday) try to finish the corners, l bars and handles. :|

Day seven. Church day today but I will finished the driver access panel and install the driver.

I took an silver smithing class in High school, I guess if your handy with welding then you can do this to, but is you can solder electronics you can solder 1x60 12 gauge metal bate from home depot.

3/8 of the metal contacts the drive access panel and is sealed with pl so accuracy is the key.

Wipe with flux, and heat until the flux boils and take the flame away and see if the solder runs up the joint, If it doesn’t then keep heating the bar.

Soldering the female connectors to the wire and tin the driver leads to save the wire.

Sealing the the driver chamber with Blue RTV silicone gasket maker, we use small strips of wax paper between the driver panel surface the driver panel access cover to make future access easier.

we dont have a voltmeter yet so the 11 o clock position on the TXI 1500 crown amp.
