Well team, I was able to procure 10 sheets of 5x5 Russian Birch! Had to cut it down a bit to fit my Suv. Should be enough to build 2xt45 and perhaps a t60.

I used a 24tooth blade and circular saw, cuts weren't perfectly straight and there's some slight tear out. I should be able to clean it up on the table saw with a 60tooth blade.

Going to take my time with this.
Goal is 2026. My skil table saw arrived a few days ago. Still need to finish setting it up.

An updated makita wired circular saw comes here in a few days alongside better blades.

Jigsaw and orbital sander is being Considered too...

Right now I'm going back and forth in my mind whether I'm better off building two more t39s or building new t45s. Goal is more full-based response below 40 Hertz as I'm a DJ and play a lot of top 40 and hip hop.

Mark your cut lines, tape over them with masking or painter's tape, lay your ruler/ meter stick on the line, clamp it in place, and pre-score it with an exacto razor blade. Doesn't have to be much: 0.5- 1mm should suffice. Score the tape in place with a thumbnail etc for good adherence.

Then cut with the "pretty side" down, so the blade pulls into the side you'll see on the finished product. Make sure to support the cut piece so when it is freed it doesn't lurch from its own weight shifting. You'll get much cleaner cuts.
Apologies if you knew all of this already. Good luck!

Me personally, if tools were budget dependent, I'd choose a router and circle jig over jigsaw and sander. With the wood you have, an old school sanding block will be more than sufficient to deal with any sanding needs. Router with a flush cut bit trims any panel overhang with precision and a round-over bit makes the edges look super consistent and professional. And if you've already got one... I'm preaching to the choir, you already know.

I look forward to seeing this come together. Best of luck with it. We're here for anything and there's no dumb questions.
