Well team, I was able to procure 10 sheets of 5x5 Russian Birch! Had to cut it down a bit to fit my Suv. Should be enough to build 2xt45 and perhaps a t60.

I used a 24tooth blade and circular saw, cuts weren't perfectly straight and there's some slight tear out. I should be able to clean it up on the table saw with a 60tooth blade.

Going to take my time with this.
Goal is 2026. My skil table saw arrived a few days ago. Still need to finish setting it up.

An updated makita wired circular saw comes here in a few days alongside better blades.

Jigsaw and orbital sander is being Considered too...

Right now I'm going back and forth in my mind whether I'm better off building two more t39s or building new t45s. Goal is more full-based response below 40 Hertz as I'm a DJ and play a lot of top 40 and hip hop.
