Bondo and sanding last night. Should be ready for a coat of paint (black latex undercoat before Duratex) by Sunday. I do have a question: I always fill all the little holes from the brad nailer, but I suspect that it may not be necessary. Thoughts?

Depends on how many coats duratex you use. I fill them as I only use 2 coats of duratex (no primer) and the duratex will fill most but not all brad holes. Duratex is on. 3" Casters and protective corners installed. Hope to install the 1.5" front feet and then drivers and jack plates followed by leak testing tonight.

Here they are. A pair of newly minted 36" T48 next to the vintage (original plans) 24" T48. Disclaimer: I did not build the 24's, I bought them used several years ago. I did spend the weekend retrofitting the mouth braces (they were not installed), checking driver tightness, leak testing, changing casters, front feet, and corner protectors, and applied a fresh coat of Duratex. Just ordered kits from Leyland to build one more pair of 18" wide for smaller venues when space is tight.
