Is very easy and relatively safe cut the piezos with a jigsaw for a straight array, just make a jig. For a crossfire array is a little more difficult. I bought a Factory-Reconditioned Ryobi ZRTR45K at amazon and it did fine with my round-over bits. I only did one cabinet so far however.

Adding a tweeter switch to a Jack
I have the deluxe Jack 110 kit from Leland and I am wanting to put a DTDP switch for the tweeters on my cab. I am thinking the easisest thing would be to use one of the 1/4" input holes from the jack plate I have on the back and drill it out. Does anyone know if a standard drill bit would be up...
