This was my answer to the same question at PSW:
"The BTT is not (yet…) a universal solution. I did mention it was designed to suit my cabs.
They are all DIYs. BFM DR290s and my own design 12" monitors that double as small PA/satellite cabs.
The average COG height of these is 285mm from the bottom.
So this is the height of the 'virtual' center of this design.
Though, because of the shallow tilt angle, any COG height within ±85mm around that height should be OK.
This is because though off of the true center of the pole, it still falls inside the 35mm diameter of the pole/tube.
So for practical purposes, I think they can be considered as properly balanced."
