there is a mistake in the tuba 60 plans
on thr page 4 on the diagram i have two same parameters 9 3/4 is there two times and there should be another number because it is not straight on the image

There is no mistake. The measurements were taken directly on the sketchup model. Measure your own sketchup and you'll see.

I assume you're talking about the lower right corner of Layout Diagram 1 on page 4 and Layout Diagram 2 on page 5...
