Here is the build thread for a couple of T60's I built for a customer, who also happens to be a good friend.
Later we added more T60's and threw a desert party on some private land for about 100 people.... just to see if we could pull it off.
We are stoked on the results, and have been asked to do audio at more desert parties! Wooooo! Excellent fun.
Both sides marked out.

I fill the pocket screws with PL as I go.


I used straps to square things a little during PL curing.

Made some braces. Staples and glue.

Panel 10. Couple of operations to carry out here. Wheels, connectors and handles.

Cat loved the T60's

All connectors tinned with solder.

Sanity check for polarity.

Rubber tube leak test - none found round the driver.

This is the removable access cover flange.

Final access cover on and another round of leak testing.

Extra material for the handles. Scraped the paint off to help it to stick.

Pretty much complete except for paint.
