I`m finding the same error as Fester did with his T45 build on the first baffle brace. It's sized about half inch too big to fit properly. Already measured 3x~ over from all sides and can't make it fit.

Bill can you confirm the measurements are correct?????
If you mean panel 3/6 brace I just double checked, one end is 2", the other 1 3/8". Sorry for the mis-print, I'll fix the diagram straight away.

Thank You good Sir!

One more... Just a mockup with the back panel on to give an idea of the look I'm aiming for.

The next time I post will proably be when I'm done painting....

Quick question. I noticed there are no flanges for the access panel. How are you securing the access panel?

My guess is CNC cut flanges.

And in case you didn't get that:

CNC cut flanges.

:fruit: "did he say CNC?"

:ugeek: "yes he did. Danel's just come back off vacation too."

:fruit: "Oh yea. How's that work then?"

:ugeek: "Well, when you have a CNC you can spare the time to go on holiday"

:fruit: "Gee, I need one of those"

:ugeek: "You can have both, but you have to graduate first."

The photos were just a mockup of the parts, I had only completed the first 4 panels when I took the pictures, the remaining parts were just set in position for the picture. I have added the access panel flanges and will post some more pics soon.
