I`m finding the same error as Fester did with his T45 build on the first baffle brace. It's sized about half inch too big to fit properly. Already measured 3x~ over from all sides and can't make it fit.

The photos were just a mockup of the parts, I had only completed the first 4 panels when I took the pictures, the remaining parts were just set in position for the picture.
