a nice look at the 1/8 corner with the qurter round behind the handle holes. i think they are going to feel pretty nice once i round the corner over ( i am using 3/8 radius due to the cab corners i am using)
Image
speakon mount plate i thought it would be worth the money for the simplicity and professional look.
Image
the hole for the speaker wire.
Image
("edit" ha ha i posted the same one twice) this is the wire i will use a thin insulation 12 gauge i picked up from the half off bin at lows i got two 22' bundles for like 5 bucks.

and the pile dwindles down.

I wish i had caught this post b4 u cut the handles, they are more comfortable (to me) when they are 1/2 inch from the edge.Plus, keep in mind that the back panel is actually about a 1/2 inch shorter than the side panels so hopefully u took that into account when u cut the bottom hand holds. Also,i cant really tell but you seem to have areas that arent getting adhesive squeeze out which could lead to leaks, such as the area around the driver spacer ring as well as the bottom of the driver chamber.

alot of places i would wipe the squeeze out into a nice bead after i tacked the piece in with the nail gun. i did notice the lack of squeeze out on the chamber reducer and put a nice bead along it. as for the handles i did compensate for the half inch difference

so this is a little off topic but who here believes in ghosts. in one of the two pictures in this post you can clearly see an orb. or for the skeptics what looks like what they call an orb on those ghost hunter shows. i am not claiming anything here but when i noticed the orbs i definitely had an oh shit moment.

Looks like there are about 4 "orbs" in the top picture and 2 that I can see in the second pic. I'm not sure about orbs, sawdust can create some of those blurry spots. I also believe in ghosts, they tend to piss me off. :chainsaw: I wish they could materialize for a few minutes so we's can have us a fist fight to end the ol' haunting game. :bash: :loler:

I find stories of ghosts (and how people pull explanations out of the air) interesting, but usually just designed for attention (e.g. Amityville's hoax for movie publicity) or the fun of scaring people.I'm not saying there is nothing out there, I have read about the seven sons of Sceva who were "exorcists" until they came upon something real, so there is something. I took photography and those "orbs" are nothing supernatural, just circles of confusion ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circle_of_confusion ) - in short, lens limitations.

Relax, it's in the plans as an option.

6 - T39 3012LF
4 - OT12 2512
1 - T24
1 - SLA Pro
2 - XF210

nevermind i just realized that the option is only offered on the t48 :bash: :fruit: , not the t39. any reason that this couldnt be done on a t39? not that i would, just curious.

Back to the topic, dude,if i was you,i would go back and add PL to all those braces, all around the driver spacer ring, everywhere where u have joined 2 pieces of wood because from what i see you are gonna get some rattling. The object is not to smooth the PL,but to let it expand and seal the cab air tight and that doesnt look air tight to me.Once you add that last side panel, its over, there is no way to get to some of those braces.I had to take my driver back out of one of my T48's and add PL all around the driver spacer ring, inside and outside and the braces in front of the driver,i think it would be easier to do it before sealing it up than after.Otherwise from what i see :horse:
