May I ask... why a XF4X10? Was a 2X10 not enough?

Bottom reflector?

I always used to do the reflectors last, flippin' 45 degree cuts were not popular with my circular saw. The table saw doesn't care

My table saw isn't real happy with 45-degree cuts either.
I'm thinking a sled or other jig is worth building if one is going to do a number of these cuts.

I built a jig for my OT212 to use a router for the cuts.
That is slow and painful business also, so I'm still on the hunt for something that is accurate and fast.

Yeah I put the reflector in afterwards. I think it would be tough to get nice and square before.

As long as they seal the hand hold openings and wheels, you are good.
That is the low pressure end of the horn, and low risk.

Looking forward to finishing these guys up and test driving. I have kits for 2 otop 12's, getting 2 Titan 48 kits from Leland - we'll see how it compares to 2 JBL SRX 728's!

Thanks again guys

Am I correct in assuming that these are the top and bottom for a bass guitar rig?

I just wanted to get some practice in before I started building the cabs I'll use "for real". I figured a tuba 24 was the least wood/driver cost. I also have an old marshall guitar amp head with no speaker cab so that's why I built the XF. Bad part is I built the XF out of "blondewood" from lowes. Since it's no going to be used for anything more than an amp stand - I'm not too worried about it, but in general stay away from that stuff.
