Re: Full grille´s
I did mine using some small blocks of wood, hard to do without splitting them. This was for grills with formed edges. For the OT12, I'm thinking to just use flat grill and screw to the flat front edges of the horns on each side, and one or two blocks or strips in the middle.

To help prevent splitting, I orient small wood blocks & pre-drill & countersink on the sides that are less inclined to split.I did mine using some small blocks of wood, hard to do without splitting them.
Some types of wood just love to split however.

Re: Full grille´s
With recent conversations about grills interfering with tweeters I opted to leave them off. Melded arrays look cool and I'm always with them. Less worried anymore about what people see. If they can't get over their eyes and biases that's their problem.

I want it for my T39, i make a small adjust in the joint between panels 5-6 so i have a 90 degrees cut perfect for a grille.
