Will it help to apply heat now that the PL has been curing in the cold for some 16 hours?
At this point I don't know if it would help, though it probably wouldn't hurt.
For future reference, I use a blow dryer or heat gun set to low temp to help "kick" the cure of stuff like PL, or silicone RTV, along.

Be a bit careful with heat guns or blow dryers near curing PU. I know of someone who (temporarily) lost most of his hair blowing into a large cardboard box that contained a project with PU foam. I guess the glue is a lot safer than foam, but better safe than sorry - don't get too close with that hair dryer.

Edit: here's how he described what happened:

Safety first! Thanks for the tips, guys! Baffle panel and spacers put together and curing in the house. I brought the first joint inside as well. Anyway, until I get the drivers, there won't be any more gluing going on. Glueing ... glewing... the word looks funny to me tonight any way I spell it.
