Long story short, I received one "it's too loud" complaint almost immediately, and several "sounds really good" and "sounds really clear" kudos throughout the day. Met one fine gentleman (even though he was a bass player, he actually was a gentleman

My verdict? Big thumbs up from me. I hate running live with untested gear, but the Jacks performed way above expectations. Outstanding design, Mr Bill.
Thanks.

Now, for those so inclined, a bit more detail about Saturday's setup:
Behringer X32 Rack controlled by an Android tablet running Mixing Station, backed up with a laptop running X32 Edit
dbx Driverack PX
2 Jack 112L w/ melded piezo array and 3012HO driver
1 Behringer iNuke NU3000 for the Jacks
1 Crown XLS2500 for subs
2 Behringer B1800X Pro subs (awful, but I knew that going in...Titan 39's hopefully soon)
2 Behringer B215D's used as monitor wedges (awful, but I knew that going in...Wedgehorn's hopefully soon)
3 Kustom KPC12M wedges (awful, but I knew that going in...see above)
The Jacks completely killed the subs, which were flat out all day. Originally crossed the Jacks over @100Hz, dropped it to 80Hz and got more hit. I am going to set back up and see if the Jacks full-range will have more low-end than using the Beh subs....I'm betting it will be close.
I didn't get a chance to check voltage to the Jacks, but I do know the iNuke 3000 was running out of steam before the Jacks...
As far as the Jack build process, I'm an amateur woodworker...It took longer than I expected (of course) to build the four cabs, but the plans were detailed and precise. I really didn't have any issues other than the bent throat sheaths, which had me stuck for a day or so... My duratex application (rolled on) leaves something to be desired, I'm not great at painting. I'd like to get a spray gun and shoot the stuff in the future.
I've got to put handles on them, and possibly stacking corners, but other than that, I'm a happy camper.
