Magnetic Isolation Platform

Wouldn't the compression and rarefaction of the air make the thing move though? Or has the levitating bit has got too much of an impedance mismatch with air to make this a non-issue?? What about the vibration going through the cables - they could use bluetooth to avoid this

The magnetic flux to hold that up must be pretty high too. It's probably an ultra- stationary (cryogenicall cooled?) 'tuned' flux that provides "hairy bass, with a trimmed midrange and fluffy treble". Half baked product being sold to fully baked purchasers! Looks cool though (and that sells!). And this is at the cheap end of their range. $100k for a gramophone record player, anyone??
This is the point where someone mentions that these maglev tables are actually pretty good, and I look a twat!

Hopefully not

To me it just seems a means to provide rich boys with a game of one-upmanship over who likes music the most. To win just spend more on kit than the other guy. However on this site we
all know that it ain't the size of your boat... it's the motion of the ocean.
I keep looking at these ads and can't help thinking there's a goldmine here. That quantum clips guy was really onto something (besides fraud)
