Forgot to tell you guys, I'm not using PL. I'm using something else that was recommended to me by my buddy...

Also, don't worry, i'm not bass hungry during this build. I V-Plated these guys:

:loler: BILL, I think we need a plan update with this new fangled glue stuff. It looks easier to dispense than that nasty PL. Very funny stuff there Bryson  !

Well, the side is on. I decided to stay up and get it on so i can sand tomorrow. The side fit pretty square. Good squeeze out inside. I think it's good. It stresses me out, putting the sides on. The glue is drying, i'm running around trying to suck down sides and nail, it's a production.

I have some soda on top, for weight, but probably not necessary. Makes me feel better. I stood on it when I was nailing down the center, then worked to the outside, hopped down, then clamped and did the outside. Should be plenty sealed and sucked down.

I stood it up, it's a tall one! I'm working on sanding and rounding the edges tonight. I also need to put in the access panel... more work to do. Good news is, driver is breaking in nicely.

Looking good.

Well, it rained all night. No progress was made. I was hoping to have this fired up by the weekend... Maybe not.

Did some sanding, came out great! Got all the edges rounded, and some bondo on the imperfections. Round 2 of sanding and bondo this weekend. Maybe i'll be priming on Sunday....

All bondo'd and sanded down. It's looking good now. I hope to do the access panel tomorrow. Paint probably this week.

Looking very nice. What kind of finish are you going to put on it? Have you been able to hear that bad boy play bass yet?

No bass yet! I'm being patient. Should be done with access panel by tomorrow night. Then I will be ready for primer. That should take a day, then some Duratex. I'll have it in the basement for painting. Should be able to listen at that time. Should be awesome.

Just use some cheap flat black paint. A gallon should be 15 bucks at HD. It dries so fast that you can start putting on a second coat by the time you get through with the first. Then go have lunch and start the duratex. Same thing, start the second coat when you finish the first. You can have all the paint done in a day.

I've done it this way on every build I've done.

6 - T39 3012LF
4 - OT12 2512
1 - T24
1 - SLA Pro
2 - XF210
