Hello I've cut all the main parts, now to start putting them togather. quick question the plans say:
Install the horn bottom and horn top. Drill pilot holes though the horn top and bottom before installing them, even if using a brad nailer. With brads draw lines connecting the pilot holes to show you where to drive the brads.
But it does not say if I should start using adhesive on this step, I'm assuming "yes" but last time I assumed something I got yelled at so now I'm trying to follow the plans, please clarify.
Once you've drawn the lines, and dry-fit, then go and add the PL and assemble the horn top and bottom. I'm presuming that you have already attached the throats to the baffle.

Thanks for the reply,
no, I still have not started to put anything toaster. I'm thinking of starting today or tomorrow. In addition to following the plan is there any advice you may have to make a smoother build?
Start with the exterior "box" before the "horn" to gain some experience and confidence. It is much easier to correct mistakes here than on the horn parts. Once you start, you should find that the build is much easier than you are anticipating.

If memory serves me, I need at least an hour to put on together I think I can find the time to start building at least 1 of the 2 cabs today. I don’t have the plans in front of me but isn’t there a step down the road were I will have to remove the side panels for something?
Sorry for all the dumb questions I’m just kinda paranoid about making mistakes.
Looking good so far
The WH10 always surprises me, they're much larger than a WH8...
Built:
DR 250: x 2 melded array, 2x CD horn, March 2012 plans.
T39's: 4 x 20" KL3010LF , 2 x 28" 3012LF.
WH8: x 6 with melded array wired series/parallel. Bunter's Audio and Lighting "like"s would be most appreciated...
Not perfect but not bad for my first build. Feedback appreciated!
Those look damn good for anyone's build, let alone a first build! They look great. Keep it up!
A Big +1!!! They look great so far, TheCesar! Take your time, work each step in your head before you work the wood. Was that part of the build difficult for you?

Thank you, not to hard a few parts were kinda tricky, the first box did take me at least an hour and a half, the second box went way faster, around 40/45 minutes.
