Hello. I plan on building a tht lp and some sla's to start with. Can someone recommend what clamps, what size and how many I need and where to buy them?

Clamps....you need more. When you think you have enough....get more. Every trip to the home improvement megamart...toss a couple more clamps into the cart.
Pipe clamps...two or four long enough to cover the largest dimension of the sub.
Quick release clamps....four small, four medium, four large.
C-clamps....half a dozen to start...then start getting more.
He who dies with the most clamps wins!!!!

I use washer-head pocket hole screws to build my cabs, and remove them once the PL cures.
The only part that has required clamps on those builds is when I attach the flange for the access panels. In that case, no more than 6 steel bar clamps. On the last THT build, I ended up using only two pipe clamps.
If you do buy, I recommend sticking with either Adjustable Clamp Company, Bessey, or Quick-Grip.
But if you'd like to save some money on clamps, use screws. IMHO, it's easier.
