After translating the description, that glue looks fine. Please make sure that you do proper air leak testing and report your findings.

I joined the first two panels yesterday with the Rectavit Structan and it looks like this:

It looks the same as Soudal 60A. Which is ok.

Apparently Rectavit is now owned by Soudal, so it might be just the same product after all...
I tested it, very very strong, even after 5 minutes...

i use structan . it expands the most out of all the glues i've tried so far. that and a good brad nailer and your cabs will be solid ass concrete.

My favourite sound quality piezo tweeter I've heard so far was from Maplin, but the horn design is wrong for the melded array and they are £7.99 each £4.99 when I got them (RS components used to do them 97dB sensitivity too and theirs were a little more bright in the 3-6khz range), so not as smooth for home use but okay for PA. (I've seen a few designs using that style of horn on this forum). Maplin do have the other horn design suitable for melding (not sure how it sounds).

The cheaper Amazon marketplace piezos (£2) I found had good sound quality but not very sensitive.

I used Blue Aran to get Eminence speakers and have bought two APT 80 on there and two LA6CBMR on there. Maplin do the APT80 but at £37 instead of about £22 or so on Blue Aran!

I buy my Eminence from http://www.lean-business.co.uk/eshop/ as they're usually the cheapest. On occasion there's a fella on ebay selling Lab12s for about £110 each.

I emailed them the following message, "Hi there! I'm building some large speakers and the plans call for this... "12mm Plywood. Buy a grade with 5 or more equal thickness plies, but don’t waste money on high-priced premium grades or marine plywood. With a paint finish use birch, poplar or Arauco (Radiata pine), as with softwood the grain will show through. Make sure your birch is in fact Northern White Birch, either Canadian or European (Baltic), with a thick outer face, not cheap Asian ‘birch’, which has a thin veneer outer face. Quality birch is usually found at smaller lumberyards that cater to kitchen cabinetmakers, and often comes in 5x5 foot sheets." Do you have anything that fits the bill and if so in what size (ideally 8x4). Kindest regards, Scott.

The 4x8s are only about 10% more per square foot - so use whichever size best fits the cabs you are building.
