Are you not using any fasteners? I usually use screws to hold the panels while the PL cures, that way I can do several panels while the PL hardens! 2-4 screw per panel is enough to hold it square if you're using plenty of scrap jigs screwed to the panels..pond wrote:Lol you are the second person to ask if they are for home use, no, they are for DJing ;>

I thought for some reason you weren't a dj.. But when I'm building my fleet of t60s, I'm probably going to just air nail the panels, provided the plans allow that for a large cab.

Love the creative linking of clamps 
I like the idea of painting the mouth/throat... do you have a theme to run with for your system? If not, might be best off painting a matte white and using RGB LEDs to acheive the colour you want. Which is also more versatile.

Test fired one, 20v and the walls were shaking... hm I may have built too much sub.. is there such a thing?
Currently Duratexing and painting, ohhhhhh I can't WAIT for a full-power test.
