I just mis cut my access panel. Maybe this is a sign I should do one at t ime instead of two... 
One looks fine, the other has just one bad cut, but I don't see how I could work around this. Starting over on this one.I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS! One of the first pair was fine and one of the second pair is fine, so I've got two. Otherwise going well. On the first one I just put everything down and went over to my mom's to help her with some flooring. I came back after a couple hours and started again. Thanks man! I believe cutting less will be a good thing. Once panel 4 is in place I'm going to go ahead and do the reducers. I'm going to draw lines for them and countersink some holes to screw those in, same as all the other panels. Fortunately I'm experiencing that. I'm still being very careful as I go but it feels quicker than my first two T30's. Two panel 2's went up nicely last evening and I worked slowly, still aiming to keep my time to about one hour. That time included carefully chiseling the PL squeeze out from panel two panel 1's, cutting two panel 2's, clamping everything down, drilling pilot holes for the vertical and horizontal joins, then gluing and screwing it all down. Very happy so far. I'm aiming for at least two panel 3's this evening.Jon Barnhardt wrote:That comes with experience.
