Daisy-Chaining Amps

Is this amp OK?

Daisy-Chaining Amps

When linking amps through the link-out on the amplifier (specifically crown) will the second amp be sensitive to the eq and gain settings on the first amp? Or is it just a straight,flat signal?

Flat signal. The exact signal that is input into the first amp. EQ must be configured for each additional amp.
