I ordered the jig plans as well, so I made the table saw sled first.
I then decided to start with what looked like the most intimidating first. Everything came out really clean. I used a circle cutter attachment for my router and then used a harbor freight clamping guide to cut the straight bits.
Everything was turning out really clean until I got to the last straight and ended up walking the router away from the guide.


It's alright though, I made a little patch and glued it in, should be fine. You can see where it's clamped in the picture.
