That is simply beautiful. I hope next time I come to Israel I can see them first-hand.

That took about an hour IIRC, but that was a one-time investment.
Doing the logo with the template takes 2-3 minutes.

All pilot holes for the different accessories done. Here the ones for the grill:

Bondo repair on all defects and final sanding of the cab's exterior:

Cabs mounted on a square beam for painting. The cabs are positioned symmetrically so rotating the beam is easily done with one hand at 90 deg. increments:

The beam attaches to the cab at the speaker baffle.

The horn is painted with basic black paint. This isn't going to be seen through the foam backed grill:

Textured polyurethane paint is applied to the outer shells, access covers and grills:

Is there any particular brand here in the states that makes textured polyurethane paint?
