That large of a rig will run so flat that no pre EQ should be necessary. It would only need room correction.

72" of v-coupled and plated T48. That's taller than I am. Sick. You need to be posting a picture of your rig in action.
Make sure you have the latest firmware for your I-Tech. Go here: http://www.crownaudio.com/software.php?showtopic=285
You will need the IQwic software installed on your laptop to run your amp. You hook up the amp and the laptop to a wired ethernet hub, and fire up the IQwic software to control the laptop.
With 4 16 Ohm cabs plus the horn impedance, the I-Tech 8000 will be very comfy running at 4 ohms, so go ahead and parallel all 4 cabs and set up the amp in bridge mode. That might be a switch on the back instead of something in the software interface.
From there, dig around in the software to see where to set up a limiter and a highpass filter to protect your drivers.

No need to bridge with the I8000. 2100 watts per side at 8 ohm (two cabs per side) - gives each speaker 525 watts. You could run 'em all on one side - that's 4000 watts at 4 ohms or 500 watts apiece.....then you could run the rest of the world with the other side.
