Using the power from the board

I have a PM3000 Behringer 24 channel board that we use on stage. I am currently also using a DCX2496 fed from the 1/4 outs from the board.
From that it gets divided up and goes to the appropriate amps than speakers.

Follow so far?

For my lead singer, he gets a channel off the amp to run his 2 Wedge 10's. (I know its a lot but that's another story).
The other channel is for the bassist W10 and for the lead guitarist's W10, both in line daisy chained.

It worked out great till my guitarist got a new toy and requires a different mix in his monitor. And my bassist got a V amp and is going to run through the PA instead of a back line. He is going to want more bass in his W10. BUT here is the catch, my guitarist doesn't want more bass so I can not supply a different mix to each.

I got a solution but need your advice. Can I use the power from the main Board? there are 2 Speakon outs on the back that are not being used. But the 1/4 main out on the board is. and if so how do I set it up?

Do I go from the DCX back into the board than out the back via speakon to the one W10?
Or do I go directly out the board and bypass the DCX to the W10?

And when I do this will the monitor 1 and 2 pots be controlling this?

The problem with what you're trying to do lies in having enough outputs. Typical boards have left, right and monitor, maybe two monitors. Boards that will allow separate mixes on each monitor use at least eight different outputs, each configurable with its own mix. These don't come cheap. I'd let the guitar and bass player figure out how to pay for it.

Not sure about the power output of the Behringer, sounds like you need a second amp. Are you using your Aux Sends? Aux 1 send to Left Chan amp 1, for Lead singer. Aux 2 send to Right Chan Amp 1, for Lead guitar and Bass.

If the Behringer can at least produce good 50 watts of power, then I would put the Lead Guitarist on Aux 2 send, and route that to the Mixer Power, then out to a W10. Which ever direction to the Mixer Power is, you could also use a Sub Out, depends on your board.

Then Lead singer on Aux 1 Send on the Left Chan, and Bassist on Aux 3 Send of the Right Chan of the amp. Then you could boost the Bass. Each would have a separate W10 . Aux 1 and 3 Sends, into DCX then into the Amp.

If you had a second amp, you could put the Bass on Aux 3 Send to Left Chan Amp 2, and Aux 4 Send to Right Chan Amp 2, for Vocals? What ever applies here. Amp 1 for Lead Singer and Lead Guitarist, Left and Right Chan.

Otherwise, you might have to ask Bass Player to use back line amp cabinet, and keep the front monitors as you have so far.

How big of a venue? 100, 200, 500 people? Large, small room? Is there only 1 singer? Anyone out front checking your sound? If the band is in a serious venue, and play often, it's really time to upgrade to another amp, and get what you need. Sound is so important to the Band, not just what key you are all playing in. I will check on all the sends.
As far as I can remember (which is more often than a bassist) I send three signals to the DCX

What I do remember is the gis I have played that have used the Aviom system. Very expensive, but much less expensive than all the band members spend-up at the hearing clinics in 10 years' time.

If you're not using the mon 1/2 outputs you could derive 2 more mon mixes from those. You'd need 2 more amp channels and preferably eq's to go with.
Aviom is an in ear mixing system(can drive wedges too) but is pretty expensive for the average band. Hearback is another.

Edit: You should be able to patch from the mon 1 & 2 outputs to the L & R power amp inserts and use the L & R speakons on the back to your mons.

If your board has Speakon outs, it's a powered board with an amp or two built in. I can't tell from your description exactly what you are trying to accomplish. Is your goal to get more monitor mixes from the same board or do you have all the mixes you need, but not enough power amp channels to deliver them to speakers?

The PMP3000 has 2 aux monitor mixes. Mon 1 can feed one channel of the amp section as far as I can see. Mon 2 would feed a line output headed for another amp channel.

My church uses Avioms. They're often messed up for whatever reason, but each person gets a mixer with earphones to make their own mix. I ended up forgoing them, and just standing near the drums and a bass amp set up as a monitor.
