A quite taut sponge roller comes with the Hippoliner pack.
However, as I was painting two cabs, I bought a twin pack of long hair roller brushes and tried an experiment that first as I don't know where you can get those types of rollers.

The first one I did last weekend and it came out quite good actually.
Today (Easter Monday) I've just come in from finishing the second cabinet and used the proprietry foam roller and it's much better.

I undercoated each cabinet with black out of a spray can just to setle thing down then, using an orbital sander, cut it back.
These cabinets are old dogs of things but it was good to experiment to do before I get the good stuff.
After I painted the first one last week, I left it for 3 days before touching it. The surface finish is rock hard but imperfections and blemishes in the sub strata clearly shows through so I need to be mindful of that when building my cabinets!

Will post some photo's when i can.
Cheers
