The way I see it there are 2 ways to get high sensitivity either using many drivers ala line array or using a high efficiency cab. Our old bassist used to have a 2x15 ampeg cab with one 15" facing out the back of the cab and one out the front, presumably wired push pull which to be fair did alw...

I know the guys that use scoop bins like to use them as a musical instrument and so rather than just being concerned with the output figure or whatever they are more interested in the sound they create. With the driver exposed you get the upper harmonic distortion from the woofer than is not present...

The best way if you can afford the time is hire a small venue, place your PA at the far end of the room facing you, or have people out front to tell you if things need to go up or down, and play all your songs through adjusting levels and saving song by song.
