It really makes a difference for me to inspect the T-nuts closely before you drive them in. Make sure all the spikes are perfectly straight...I've had many of them with the spikes already leaning inwards, and those are invariably the ones that flatten out without sinking into the wood.

Maybe I'm missing something... The Omni 15 plans appear to advise the use of a circular saw to do the beveled plunge cuts for the mid horn cutouts. Why is this possible, and not the table saw method? Planning to build my first pair of Omni 15's and I want to make sure I order enough Duratex. Is 1 gallon enough to adequately cover a pair?
