yea , I had the same problems with the melded array and I ended up alternating the piezos screw slots 2-1-2-1 like you did. I found it worked quite nice and only had to grind down 2 of the screw slots to make everything fit. definitely try to make a perfect melded array jig as mine was off ever so s...

yo man same thing happened to me.. go into ur settings and turn off the sub-synth thing in ur eq... that should fix the problem( if bass sounds really bad/distorted)..
