Re: Speakerhardware.com issue

Forwarding email in todays spamfiltering world its bound to fail when sender and recipient has an restrictive filter settings. So I would either get google apps for the domain directly or in other ways get the email from the speakerhardware domain to the gmail account (pop3 polling or something like...

Re: 2 x Tuba 45 build

finaly started on number two :)

the experiences from the first buld helps a lot and makes things go together a lot faster without getting glue everywhere. Just have to wait on the panels to dry and continue tomorrow if time permits.

Re: T45, would this 12" driver work

I am building 2 x Tuba 45 with 12NLW9300 to match my SLA Pro units.

With the time required and cost of the parts, paint and just space it takes to store the Tubas I would reccomend to get the most out of them that you can. I am all for the cry once way of doing it..

Re: 2 x Tuba 45 build

Re: Titan 48 28" wide and Kappa 15LFA

Get the driver you are planing to end up with, either by saving for it or by just loading one cab as Grant says.

Buying twice is never a good idea.

Re: 2 x Tuba 45 build

Just the side panel left, tested it a bit without it just to test that the amp and speakers works and I think this is going to be some serious overkill for what I need. But thats just cool :)

Its impressive how little cone movement is needed to make a lot of sound out the horn.

Tested it on my small Chipamp (LM3886/35 watts or so) that I use for testing in my office and already at 2 clicks or so on the volume (approx 5-7%) its louder then what I usually listen to when home :) So looking forward to testing it more with whe...

Re: 2 x Tuba 45 build

The sides and long side with handles are 18mm, mostly because of how its cnc'ed I think. So its a bit heavy

Re: 2 x Tuba 45 build

Looks like it will turn out fine :) got it ligned up rather nice and will do some sanding and router work tomorrow . Biggest problem was to mount side two fast enough for the glue not to dry
