It is in their pre-cut section. I bought a few 2'x4' 1/2" sheets of 5 even plys that I could not find in the full 4'x8' sheets. It is a bit more expensive ($10 per) than full sheets, but you can put them in your car easily.
They also had 1/4" 3 ply that I used.
You might have to sort through a few of them to find a really straight piece, but you might have to do that with any ply.

Be very careful with the "handi-panels" that you have. Be sure to check them very closely for thin veneers.

Yes, I did check them. They have 5 thick, even plys. The 5 ply that they have in full size sheets have the thin veneers. I don't know why!
