Metal Mesh Grille Material
I have seen various cabinets with the metal mesh grilles (smaller holes, not the round waffle style) - where can I find this material, and what is the best method to put it on and avoid rattles (if that is possible) Thanks.

Hi Joe,
where in the world are you?
The grills tend not to rattle if they are around 1.6mm or thicker, or you can put some thin foam behind it.

Re: Metal Mesh Grille Material
Hi Joe!
I got my latest grilles out of http://www.reliablehardware.com/
The site is down right now but very good prices. I live on the other side of the country and the shipping and prices were better than PennElco which is on my side of the country. Go figure.
Anyway check them out when the site is going again.

Re: Metal Mesh Grille Material
Most BFM cabs ( Titan, Omni10,12 & 15 ) have some part of the face area flat. I put speaker carpet over that and also a strip of carpet over any lugs in the free area. In addition, I make sure that in the free area there is at least a 2mm gap between the screen and the side woodwork.Chris_Allen wrote:The grills tend not to rattle if they are around 1.6mm or thicker, or you can put some thin foam behind it.
