Set of clamps on the cheap

#1 Post by psjon »

I was in need of augmenting my clamp collection and found these at Lowes: http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=p ... lpage=none They are lower-end Bessey clamps and the clamping pads are cheap and don't stay on well, but other than that they seem to clamp just fine. It's quite a bit of bang for the the buck in my opinion. If you are clamp-short and don't have a lot of scratch this could be for you.

Somebody mentioned where to get squares for clamping purposes. Would they please post that here?
My biggest worry is that when I'm dead and gone, my wife will sell my toys for what I said I paid for them.
