Cabinet edge trims?

#1 Post by Kaptain John »

Hey everybody~
I'm close to having the DR250/Tuba setup completed. Does anybody have any recommendations for the trimming the edges? There seem to be lots of options for corner protection, but I haven't seen much in the way of protecting the edges. I was thinking of a nice plastic or aluminum extrusion to go down each edge.
Thanks!

I don't bother since that's not something you usually see on professional cabinets. I do the interlocking plastic corner protectors for protection and to help the cabs stack together, but otherwise I roundover the corners with a router and coat the whole deal in Duratex.
