Revisiting Adjustable Top Hats

#1 Post by Kaptain John »

This was mentioned in a post a few months back, but never really answered, so I thought I would bring it up again.

Has anybody tried these adjustable top hats?

Or does anybody know of a similar alternative? These are pretty pricey at $19.99 each.

I'd also love to see some replies. I've been thinking about these for when I get around to building my DR200's, but I'd like to hear from someone who has actually used them.

I just got done a pair of DR280's and I installed these. The quality is good. I have only put them up once so I can't speak to their durability. Overall I am happy with them.

Eminence is marketing these in USA so when Leland becomes an eminence dealer he will hopefully be able to get them a a slightly lower cost.

Done. I just need to place an opening order to make it a fact. $ as usual is the holdback factor. Got to buy Duratex first.
