Power density

Please bare with my has-been-better memory.

All I remember is that this has been discussed ealier but I can't retreave it in 'Search'.
The power demand increases as frequencies go lower, but at what ratio?

Power density increases by 3dB/octave. That's why pink noise has a 3dB/octave slope.

Power density increases by 3dB/octave. That's why pink noise has a 3dB/octave slope.
IOW the power doubles pr octave.
