Picked up this tiny little amp for $15 from Temu recently to use in my home office. I had an old laptop power supply to give it plenty of juice. I had some old Realistic Minimus 7s (the little steel tanks you could buy from RadioShack) that I found at a thrift store for $5. And a 12" JBL sub with a blown plate amp that I bypassed and routed straight to the driver. OMG. For the money, I cannot believe how good it sounds! And the amp has bluetooth as well. It's supposedly 2x50w + 1x100 for the sub. No idea if that is right, but it absolutely pounds in my office. Has a crossover dial and sub volume that is slaved to the master volume so you don't have to change it when increasing/decreasing overall volume.
Made me wonder how it would do pushing some BFMs, since Bill's designs are so efficient. Could be perfect for a cheap garage or workshop system.
Anyway, thought I'd share since I just came up to get some lunch with a dumb smile on my face again from how good my baby frankensystem sounds.
