45Hz. Changing it is not advised.

The plans for the Panel Jig includes some jigs you can use on the table saw and with a circular saw for making straight cuts and some complex cuts.

The simplexx is a simple build, you shouldn't need any jigs if you have a table saw. If you are using a circular saw and you don't have a jig for it, then I'd get the plan so you can build one....it will make for better, straighter cuts.

Other than ripping I never use my table saw without my panel jig.

With the panels on a Simplexx 12 being so small, I'd just cut 'em all with the fence. My saw's rip fence will cut up to 26 inches, so I only get down the jig for long panels. But, it's danged sure a useful tool to have in the shop.

Aside from cut accuracy I use the jig so that I'm pushing the jig, not the work. The stop at the back of the jig also makes kick back nearly impossible.

Good point. I like the panel jig because I can get perfectly square pieces. Some wood isn't exactly square even if it previously cut on a panel saw.

Some wood isn't square from the mill.

Years ago I bought 5x5 Baltic birch for some T39s.....they weren't square. None before or none since have been out of square. But, I learned from that to check every piece of plywood before I start cutting it down and assuming a square corner.

And squaring up those bad ones was a real PITA.

Another thing I do is to mark my "squarest" corner and work from that. And I usually mark the square corner on any cutoffs that I'm saving for future use.
