Should I?

Apparently I have access to a signal generator that sine, square, triange, ramp, noise as well as programming some arbitrary ones. It goes up to 15Mhz, (with and'M'). What would I use such a device for since I have the Binks CD and a couple of other sig gens. on my laptop?

Beam sound into space to contact extraterrestrial life?

I have a signal generator, hardly ever use it. I used to when measuring impedance, T/S specs and frequency response, but WT3 and HolmImpulse do those chores better and in a fraction of the time.

I've even got the ARX six gate to use on the technique
Tom,
Sure, if you have the need for 15Mhz, go for it...
