Hello from Illinois!

#1 Post by Hppta78 »

Hey all! I am a mechanical engineer and fabricator living in McHenry, Illinois. I have been drooling over Bill's designs for the longest time but never ordered them because I was afraid my girl would put her foot down and say "NO WAY IN HELL ARE YOU GOING TO BUILD THOSE", but I showed her the page for the Table Tubas anyway and told her I would like to build the long style for behind the couch and love seat.
To my surprise she didn't shoot down the idea, instead, she jumped on the computer and ordered the plans!!

I am going to start building them soon, and I will be sure to post the progress in the forums!!

Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I am VERY happy to be a part of the community!!

Hey Scott,

G'day.
Welcome to the forum :)

That's a great story and good to see SWMBO is on board as well.

Looking forward to your build thread, or helping with any q's if I can...
Built:
DR 250: x 2 melded array, 2x CD horn, March 2012 plans.
T39's: 4 x 20" KL3010LF , 2 x 28" 3012LF.
WH8: x 6 with melded array wired series/parallel.
Bunter's Audio and Lighting "like"s would be most appreciated...
