Just a question for comment.
From what a gathered in Historic Acoustic Phonograph recordings before electrical amplifiers; The Victor engineers used a stiffen cloth horn similar to old disposable collars to lessen even order harmonics of the recording horns. Would doing the same to the DR, Tuba 60 and Omnis 12 have any effect on the sound? 1/8 green Phonograph felt? it's tightly set, used to be used as gaskets before rubber.
“With much respect and honor Dear sir … The size of the Tuba 60 is of non consequence, I rather do love bass and bass rather loves size, so save the “its too big comments” … thank you ”

Let me clarify, I was not proposing to build a BFM Tuba 60, dr or omin top out of felt but simply lining the horn path.
