As do. I only have the drill and the circular saw, but I've had them for a while now and they're still going strong, but one of the batteries has started to fade after ~3 years of use.

Argh... You guys in the US have it so good. The same kit here goes for 230$ with the currency on par. Lowest price I've ever seen on this is 175, excluding 15% sales tax.

Same problem when I order things online. Last month I ordered stuff on parts-express. 230$ order. The company is in ohio, yet you have it shipped for free to texas. I'm a quarter of that distance away frome them and I paid 80$ shipping. Dammit

But you have fine food, great beer, and Montreal women are the most beautiful in the world. Count your blessings.

I knew about the food and beer, didn't stay long enough in Montreal to notice the women last time I was there. Must remember when I go back to Canada. Small problem might be that I'm traveling with my family next time. Not sure if the war office would accept that as an excuse to stay a bit longer in Montreal :cowboy:

When I go there I stay at a small boutique hotel on St.Denis, where my room has a small balcony overlooking the street parade. It's not just how Montreal women look, it's their attitude. They enjoy being women, and it shows. Vive la difference.

I just landed on the airport, walked straight to the car rental shop and drove off to Ontario. But now that you mention it, the only woman I talked to was the immigration officer. She offered to adopt me if I'd like to stay a bit longer than the regular tourist stay would allow. I cannot for the life of me imagine getting that kind of response from a US immigration officer. The ones that I have had the pleasure of meeting with were just about the sourest samples of the human race that I have ever witnessed.

I've run into one female US Customs agent who had a personality, and she was a Canadian who moved across the border after marrying an American. When you cross the border into Canada their agents welcome you with open arms. When you cross back into the US our agents greet you with the same enthusiasm as a prison guard does the arrival of new inmates. I think they get their jobs if they lack the people skills required of IRS auditors.

Going into the US at Port Huron, Michigan is getting to be a better experience now, ie, the officers seem more pleasant than they used to be. I dunno, maybe it's because I'm older now, and because I try to be casual and pleasant....seems to work.

Well... I own a restaurant and bar, and am a hobbyist woodworker. Glad to see I'm well set on the four priorities :hyper:

Us frenchmen were very well received, and no passport was required to cross the border, before that doomed day of september 11th. Lest we forget.

Even if I didn't travel that much, I've actually known a few guys who did travel a lot, partly to meet women accrding to them. Most of the times they came to the conclusion that Quebec women are not so bad after all. Like they say grass isn't always greener in the next man's lawn. I still enjoy being in the US a lot, when I get an occasion to cross the border. I love Quebec, I just don't like its public policies.

That being said, I'd be glad to offer a drink in montreal to you guys, would you ever come back.

I can confirm about the beer, the food and the women.

Mr.Lussier: Tu es le proprio de quel restaurant/bar? Est-ce que le kit de son BFM est installé dans le bar? Tu peux me PM si tu préfères.
