112 Otops

#1 Post by James R »

Well I've been working on these for some time now  due to financial support.
Well yesterday I got the remaining 6 of 8 cabs painted, and the piezos all soldered up.
The crossovers have been built, so today if all goes well assembly :D

Well yesterday I got the few left loaded and had to hear what they sounded like.
I know the subs aren't optimal placement. But even with this configuration, it blew me away. :D
I set my DBX Driverack to the specified xover settings
fired up the O1V with a Ipod attached. The sound was crisp and clear and the lows brought a smile to my face.
My wife came out and here's a shocker, she said" Crank it up!". I had a Crown XTI 4000 on the subs
QSC PLX 3002 on 4 of the tops and a QSC RMX 2450 on the other 4. I played with delay on the DBX
on the lower 4 tops and it was nice, it pulled those back a bit and let the top 4 project more so to speak.
I don't have the grills on yet

Thank You Mr. Bill Fitzmaurice!
